Sell to fleet owners

Zaps was first built for the field team of a vehicle and fleet-tracking company in Riyadh. It helps teams that find fleet operators, visit them at the yard and quote by the unit.

Find companies in the Zaps portal
  • Find operators by area

Search near you with a radius, or anywhere. Results show whether a company is already in Zaps, as yours or someone else's.

  • Visits at the depot

Plan an on-site meeting at the customer's yard, check in against its pin and take the site photo.

  • Large sites, honest pins

A yard is not a shopfront. Use an approximate radius of 500, 1,000 or 2,000 m, marked as approximate.

  • Quote by the unit

Each line has a quantity and a unit price, from the price book or free text, with 15% VAT on the total.

  • The day on a map

With consent, a manager replays a rep's working day: the route between yards and what happened at each stop.

From a list of operators to a quotation

Find, visit, quote

The steps a fleet sale goes through, each one recorded on the company's timeline.

1

Find the operators

One search box with near me and a radius. Import one company or up to 50, with a follow-up, for yourself or for a rep.

2

Visit the yard

Check in at the pin, take the site photo, record the minutes by voice and who was there: the fleet manager, the owner, the buyer.

3

Quote the units

Add a line per product with its quantity. Discounts stay within each product's limit, and the quotation goes for approval.

The specifics

What helps with a fleet sale

01Locations from WhatsApp
Operators often share a Google Maps link. Paste it, short links too, or coordinates or a plus code.
02Field check-in types
Attendance comes with types such as site survey, delivery and travelling, and your administrator can add your own.
03Many people per account
Record who was there on each visit. Each contact on the company carries their own activity and connection strength.
04Deals by stage
The outcome of a visit moves the deal on the board. A claimed win waits for someone else's approval.
05Search limits you set
Daily and monthly search limits per company or per role, shown to each rep under the search box.

What Zaps is, and is not

Zaps is a CRM for the team selling to fleets. It does not track the customer's vehicles. Quotations are part of the commerce module, which your administrator switches on.

Questions

Can a check-in work at a large yard?

Yes. Pin the site with an approximate radius of up to 2,000 m. A check-in outside the radius is still recorded, with a reason, and goes to a supervisor.

Where do the companies in a search come from?

From the sources your administrator switches on, such as the built-in map search, or Google Places with a key. Each source says what it needs.
