Long cycles, every person counted
Zaps helps teams that sell over months to several people at each client. Every email, meeting and decision lands on the company's timeline, and each contact shows how strong the connection is.

Many people, one account
Each contact on a company has their own connection strength, last email, last meeting and timeline.
Email linked to the record
Threads are linked to the companies, people and deals they concern, and appear on their timelines as their owner shares them.
Meeting prep
Before a meeting, Zaps writes a brief from what you may see of the account, in your language. Then ask follow-up questions about it.
Requirements, decided
Submit a client's requirements on the company. Someone else approves, rejects or sends them back with a note.
Documents with tracked links
Share a library document with a link that counts views and visitors. Revoke it when the deal is done.
Discussion on the record
Comment on companies, deals and meetings, mention a colleague, and mark a question answered.
A long deal
The whole account, in order
Months of contact read as one record, so whoever picks up the account knows where it stands.
See who you know
The companies table shows each company's lifecycle, connection strength, owner, when it was last touched and the next meeting. Filter by who was in touch in the last 7, 30 or 90 days.

Work the thread
An email arrives with an AI summary and a draft reply. Accept a suggestion and it becomes a follow-up, a meeting or a contact.

Prepare the meeting
Today lists your meetings with Prep meeting on each upcoming one. The brief draws on the account's history you can see.

Record what was agreed
Notes, the outcome and the timeline sit on the meeting. Teams and Google Meet transcripts can appear under the notes.

The inbox
Email in, summary and draft, one tap to act
A client writes. Zaps summarises the thread, drafts a reply and suggests the follow-up, meeting or quotation it implies.
The specifics
How the relationship is kept
- 01People to add
- People and companies found in mail and calendars are suggested for review. Add them with a name and company, or mark them not for the CRM.
- 02What a mailbox shares
- Each person chooses to share subject lines and participants, or participants only. A colleague's thread says what their sharing shows.
- 03Nothing sent by itself
- Drafts are edited, saved and rewritten on request. An email goes only when you press Send.
- 04Calendars in
- Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 and bring your events into Zaps as meetings, with call transcripts if you choose.
- 05Readers, measured
- The library reader counts reading time while the page is visible. Shared links show views and visitors, and can be revoked.
- 06Versioned notes
- Meeting notes keep their history: edit, see earlier versions, restore. Draft minutes in English or Arabic.

Switched on by your administrator
The email inbox is off until an administrator switches it on and chooses which mailboxes may connect. Calendar connections need your company's Google or Microsoft set-up. Disconnecting a mailbox deletes its mail from Zaps.
Questions
Can my colleagues read my email?
They see what your sharing allows: subject lines and participants, or participants only. You can share a single thread, or stop sharing it.
Who decides a requirements submission?
Someone other than the person who submitted it. A rejection or a send-back needs a note, and a sent-back submission can be revised.
Do I know if a shared document was opened?
Yes. A tracked share link shows its views and visitors. You can ask visitors for their details before they read, and every link has an expiry.
