Key differences
Where Zaps and HubSpot differ
HubSpot starts from the inbox and the website. Zaps starts from the visit.
- 01
A day in the field, recorded
Zaps checks reps in at the client against a pinned location, replays consented journeys and plans the day's route. In HubSpot, these come from marketplace apps you choose and connect.
- 02
WhatsApp the way reps already use it
Zaps logs a touchpoint when a rep taps WhatsApp or Call on their own phone and asks what it was about, with no Business API. HubSpot's WhatsApp inbox runs on a WhatsApp Business account connected to HubSpot.
- 03
Invoices under ZATCA, documents in Odoo
Zaps writes quotations and invoices with 15% VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing, or lets Odoo make them. With HubSpot, local e-invoicing and Odoo come through apps or your ERP.
- 04
Arabic, right to left
Every Zaps screen works in Arabic, right to left, on web and mobile. Check HubSpot's current list of account languages if Arabic for the whole team matters to you.
To be fair
Where HubSpot is strong
- Marketing, sales and service in one suite that is quick to learn
- Inbound marketing, email campaigns, forms and website tools
- A large marketplace and a wide community of partners
Saudi Arabia and the Gulf
Why teams in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf choose Zaps
Zaps was built for sales teams that spend the day on the road in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and across the Gulf.
Built for the field
Check-in at the client, consented journeys, a route planner and an app that keeps working without signal are part of the product, not add-ons.
Arabic first, right to left
Every screen works in Arabic and English, in both directions, on the phone and the desk. Product names stay in Latin, digits stay Western.
ZATCA and Odoo
Quotations with 15% VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing tested against ZATCA's sandbox, and Odoo 16 to 18 kept in step or making the documents itself.
PDPL and KSA residency
Consents, data-subject requests, retention and a record of processing are built in. A KSA residency setting keeps AI with approved providers.
WhatsApp and calls, logged
Reps call and WhatsApp from their own phones. Zaps records the touchpoint and asks what it was about. It never reads WhatsApp.
AI that asks first
Ask Zaps plans the change and shows it as cards. Nothing is written until you confirm, and every change is audited.
Three plans, launch prices
Field or Growth per user, from 39 SAR a month at launch prices locked for your first year, with add-ons from 2 SAR and 14 days free. Scale, for ERP and custom work, by quote.
Questions
We use HubSpot for marketing. Can Zaps work next to it?
Many teams keep marketing where it is and run the field team in Zaps. There is no ready-made HubSpot connector today: Zaps workflows can call a webhook, and companies and contacts import from CSV or Excel.
Does Zaps send email campaigns?
No. Zaps sends one-to-one emails from each person's own mailbox, with AI drafts and templates, and automations that email on a rule. Campaigns are not what it is built for.
Can we move our contacts from HubSpot?
Yes. Export them as CSV and import them into Zaps, up to 10,000 rows at a time, with duplicate checks and a preview.
