Many visits, each one recorded
Zaps helps teams whose day is a long list of outlets. Start a visit at the door, check in against the pin, set the outcome and the next step, and move to the next stop.

Start at the door
No need to plan every stop. Start a meeting now; on-site, it takes the position and checks in at once.
Outlets as companies
Each outlet is a company with its location, contacts and timeline, filtered by owner, tier or last contact.
The route as evidence
With the rep's consent, the day replays on a map: stops in order, the time at each and what was recorded there.
Attendance by type
Check in for the office, a visit, travel, a delivery or a collection, using the types your administrator sets.
Door knocking and turfs
Log a knock at your position, turn it into an appointment, and work the turfs drawn and assigned on a map.
Follow-ups that keep pace
Overdue, today and upcoming, each from a visit or set by hand. Swipe a follow-up to mark it done.
A route day
Stop after stop, without paperwork
Each stop takes a few taps, and the record builds itself as the day goes on.
See the day's stops
The agenda lists today's planned meetings. Unplanned stops are started on the spot from Today or the outlet's page.

Check in and record
At each outlet, check in at the pin, take the photo if your company requires it, and record a short voice note or a typed note.

Set the next step
The outcome and a dated next step become a follow-up on the outlet, so the next visit starts where this one ended.

Review the route
The manager sees the route with numbered stops and opens each one. A check-in outside its radius waits in approvals as an exception.

One stop
Check in, photo, minutes, who was there, outcome, check out
The same short sequence at every outlet.
The specifics
What a high-volume day needs
- 01Built for one hand
- Primary actions sit in the thumb zone, every tap answers, and nothing needs sideways scrolling to find.
- 02Add an outlet on the spot
- A new outlet can be added from the company picker during the visit; a duplicate offers the existing one.
- 03Outreach board
- Cold contacts before a first meeting sit on a board by stage, with a touch logged from any row.
- 04Find and hand out outlets
- Search an area and import up to 50 companies at once, for yourself or for a rep, each with a follow-up.
- 05Orders where you need them
- With the commerce module on, a quotation can become an order and then an invoice. Zaps does not manage stock.
companies imported from one search at most
attendance activity types at most, named in English and Arabic
What Zaps does not do
Zaps records visits, people, deals and follow-ups. It has no inventory, stock counts, van sales or shelf audits. Route replay needs working-hours tracking switched on and each rep's own consent.
Questions
Do reps have to plan every visit?
No. Start a meeting now from Today, the agenda or the company. On-site, it checks in immediately, and the visit is badged as on the spot.
Can a manager see the whole route?
For a rep in their reach who agreed to share location during working hours, yes. Outside working hours nothing is recorded.
