Zaps started with one sales team that spent its days at customers' gates, and a manager who kept asking where everyone was.
Where Zaps comes from
Zaps was first built for the field-sales team of tracking, a vehicle and fleet-tracking company in Riyadh. Its reps find companies that run fleets, reach the right person, get the meeting, and go there. Their managers sit at a desk and need to know what actually happened.
The tools they had recorded claims. A visit was a line someone typed at the end of the day. So Zaps was built around evidence instead: an on-site meeting is checked in against the customer's pinned location, with a photo of the building, and anything outside the radius becomes an exception someone else decides.
Around that check-in grew the rest of the work: prospecting, outreach, meetings and their notes, deals, follow-ups, quotations and invoices with ZATCA, and the mailbox. Everything lands on one customer record, in order, so a rep never needs a second tool and a manager never needs to ask.
Zaps is made in Riyadh, in Arabic and English from the first screen. It is a product by IoT Cube.
