A client, not the rulebook
The portal only shows what your role allows. Every rule is enforced by the Zaps API, so hiding a button is for clarity, not security. A failed request shows an error with Try again, never an empty list.
Questions
Is the web portal only for managers?
No. It is phone-first, so reps can use it on a phone too. Managers get the dense desk layout on a larger screen.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes, if your plan allows it. Your administrator adds the domain, publishes the TXT and CNAME records shown, and verifies it.
Does it work offline?
No. The portal reads live data from the API. Without a connection it says you are offline instead of showing old screens.
