Zaps vs Zoho CRM
Zaps vs Zoho CRM for field sales in the Kingdom

Key differences
Where Zaps and Zoho CRM differ
Zoho covers a lot of ground across many apps. Zaps puts the field team's whole day in one.
- 01
The visit, end to end
In Zaps, the check-in, the building photo, the outcome, the next step and the journey that led there are one record, reviewed by the manager. Zoho has mobile check-in; journeys and route planning come from add-ons.
- 02
Invoicing in the same product
Zaps quotes, invoices with ZATCA e-invoicing and runs billing schedules in the CRM itself, or hands the documents to Odoo. In the Zoho world, ZATCA invoicing usually lives in Zoho Books.
- 03
Odoo as a first-class partner
Zaps keeps Odoo 16, 17 and 18 in step, or lets Odoo make the quotations and invoices. With Zoho CRM, Odoo is reached through third-party connectors.
- 04
AI that waits for a yes
Ask Zaps shows every change as a card you confirm, with a limit per request and an audit trail. Zia offers its own assistant features; compare how each handles changes to your data.
To be fair
Where Zoho CRM is strong
- A wide suite (books, desk, campaigns and more) from one vendor
- Arabic and a long-standing presence in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf
- Many editions and a large marketplace for different team sizes
Saudi Arabia and the Gulf
Why teams in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf choose Zaps
Zaps was built for sales teams that spend the day on the road in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and across the Gulf.
Built for the field
Check-in at the client, consented journeys, a route planner and an app that keeps working without signal are part of the product, not add-ons.
Arabic first, right to left
Every screen works in Arabic and English, in both directions, on the phone and the desk. Product names stay in Latin, digits stay Western.
ZATCA and Odoo
Quotations with 15% VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing tested against ZATCA's sandbox, and Odoo 16 to 18 kept in step or making the documents itself.
PDPL and KSA residency
Consents, data-subject requests, retention and a record of processing are built in. A KSA residency setting keeps AI with approved providers.
WhatsApp and calls, logged
Reps call and WhatsApp from their own phones. Zaps records the touchpoint and asks what it was about. It never reads WhatsApp.
AI that asks first
Ask Zaps plans the change and shows it as cards. Nothing is written until you confirm, and every change is audited.
Three plans, launch prices
Field or Growth per user, from 39 SAR a month at launch prices locked for your first year, with add-ons from 2 SAR and 14 days free. Scale, for ERP and custom work, by quote.
Questions
We use Zoho Books for invoicing. Should we keep it?
You can. Zaps can also issue ZATCA invoices itself or work with Odoo. If Zoho Books is your ledger, compare whether you need invoicing in the CRM at all.
Is Zaps hosted in Saudi Arabia?
Zaps has a KSA residency setting that keeps AI processing with approved providers and lists any transfer outside the Kingdom in the record of processing. Ask us about hosting for your workspace.
Can we move from Zoho CRM?
Yes. Export companies and contacts as CSV and import them into Zaps, up to 10,000 rows at a time, with Arabic-aware duplicate checks.
